It took about two years to get my nerve up to take this trip. Let me start by telling why my son is living there. It's pretty simple. While a Senior, he fell head over heals for a Sophmore foreign exchange student. Her name is Holly and for the next two years he saved his money and she finished school. Last September, he flew to Melbourne, married Holly and applied for citizenship. He was supposed to visit last Christmas but after the 9/11 attack, they decided they didn't want to risk the trip. That got me going and I decided to go see them.
